Michael Scholz

Licensed Civil Engineer BEc, CertETn, LBP

Michael is a licensed Civil Engineer with over 20 years of hands-on experience in civil construction and engineering. Michael manages all contract management and on-site construction aspects, holding a diploma and bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. He is a certified member of Engineering NZ (formerly IPENZ) and a Licensed Building Practitioner. His extensive technical and contract management skills are backed by a deep understanding of civil construction processes

Wayne Higgins

Senior Supervisor & GPS Operator

Wayne enriches our team with 48 years of experience in civil construction. As a seasoned civil works supervisor, Wayne has worked across a range of specialist sub-trades in both Tier 1 and Tier 2 civil infrastructure projects. He excels in managing and delivering diverse civil structures, from earthworks to roading and paving, with a strong focus on detail and drive

Supporting our team in the office, Rose holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management.
